Welcome

First and foremost, this blog is completely out of my comfort zone and a definite work in progress! I have numerous passions & interests like most people. I love fashion & staying up on trends. I follow workout gurus & I’m obsessed with fashion & lifestyle blogs. My Instagram is full of bloggers that I have come to rely on for fashion tips, workouts, life hacks & everything in between.

The idea of having a fashion/lifestyle blog excited me & I really wanted to dive in, but always had a little bit of fear & apprehension, especially with the fashion part! 😉 Blogging has been in the back of my mind for a few years now, but I never had the right material at the right time.  I wanted a story that could help me relate on a personal level, something that wasn’t just OOTD. I didn’t think it would ever happen or that I would ACTUALLY start a blog unit a friend convinced me to document my infertility journey. I had multiple people tell me to start blogging or journaling about the struggles as a form of therapy. So I started writing everything down. Every. Single. Detail. My thoughts, my fears, my insecurities, my piss-poor attitude about life, everything! Then one day I decided to build a website & here we are. 🙂

I knew I wanted to document all of the ups and downs of this journey. Not only to help other women through it, but also to remember every step & every event that would hopefully, someday, lead us to becoming parents.

Now I am the proud parent of fraternal twin boys & couldn’t be more excited to share my story with all of you!

My dream for this blog is to become a casual place to talk about life. Whether it is as daunting as infertility struggles or as carefree as what shoes are on sale & how many pairs I can sneak past my husband. 😉 The fashion aspect hasn’t come as easily for me, but I do have hopes in the future for this blog to be more than my infertility journey & my twins. This blog continues to be a work in progress & I am very thankful for everyone’s support.

Thank you for joining me!

XOXO- Ashlee
